Since 1986
Starting as a one-man, owner/operator more than three decades ago, Jewellery Services has evolved over the years into New Zealand’s largest and most respected jewellery workshop situated on Auckland’s North Shore. We are excited to now extend our high quality services to Queensland Australia with the establishment of a full trade workshop in Brisbane.

Purpose Built
Our Queensland workshop based in Brisbane is a dedicated trade only workshop featuring the latest in technology including laser welders and engravers. Our team continues to grow rapidly in this region.
We have recently moved our New Zealand workshop to a new, purpose built facility in Auckland. This new facility, which is more than twice the size of our previous, has been built with quality and scale in mind making it the largest jewellery workshop in New Zealand. We believe in having the very best equipment and people so that our workmanship remains one of the highest in the industry.
Designed For Scale
Jewellery Services is the preferred service agent for many of the largest and most prestigious jewellers in the world. We also serve a large portion of independent jewellers, all of whom trust us to maintain their ultra high standards. Our facilities have been built to handle large volumes and is why we are able to complete more than 100,000 jobs per year.
Modern Equipment
We invest heavily in our equipment and are always on the lookout for new and exciting methods to take the industry forward. We have multiple laser welding machines, which enable us to repair even the most delicate pieces. Our filter system in our polishing room is imported from Europe and extracts 99.9% clean air, minimising our impact on the environment. Our setters use Leica microscopes to enable high precision and detail on even the most complex of jobs.
